Our tenants can use this system to inform us of any problems 24/7 and they can check the progress of the problem at any time by using the unique login details provided to them when submitting the problem to us. All follow-up correspondences is done though this system so a full detailed log is available to all parties concerned. This ensures we keep to our strict time frame in resolving the problem and it also reduces miscommunication and disagreements on time-frame or jobs carried out.
The maintenance team is on hand to deal with all jobs from plumbing, gas, electrical and construction work; there is no job that our maintenance team cannot do. Our team of workers has not changed in many years which ensures high standards and continuity to all work carried out.
All major jobs will be discussed with you, the landlord, before any work is carried out so you are fully aware of the situation and costs involved. Advice is always given on the best route to take so your decision-making is as easy as possible.
We use qualified and accredited maintenance workers to carry out any gas and electric jobs and where required, certificates are produced on completion.
